Returns & Exchanges

Items are made to order especially for you so we are unable to offer exchanges however unwanted items can be returned for store credit. Please notify us at help@popcornclothing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving item that you wish to return it. Any items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 

Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and are not included in the refund total, store credit will be issued within 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ensure that the packaging is sufficient and for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and you obtain (and keep safe) a proof of postage receipt.

If you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item please contact us at help@popcornclothing.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you with a return, refund or replacement.
