How long will take to get my item?

It depends on if your item is a pre-order or ready to ship.

We know that you are dying to get your hands on your new purchases so if it's a ready to ship item we try to get them all item dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase. We post out Monday - Friday except on UK public holidays.

If it is a Pre-Order item it will say on the item page.

UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and this takes on average 1-3 working days.

International parcels tend to average around two weeks but this can vary depending on holidays, postal disturbances and customs clearing.

What happens with pre-orders?

Pre-ordering an item when it is put up for sale means that you secure the item/size you want before they arrive with us. So even if it sells out you will have yours.  Pre-orders usually take around 3 weeks to reach us but check the item description we'll always try to give you an idea of timing there.

I need my parcel urgently, can you help?

If your order needs to reach you quickly we do offer UK Special Delivery Postage. This is guaranteed to reach you by 1pm the next working day (Monday-Friday). Please be sure to select the Special delivery option in the shopping cart and orders must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch.

I'm afraid we can not offer express delivery on International orders.

The price is changing, why is that?

We are based in the UK but our site is set up to recognise your location and show our products in your currency so you don't have to work out exchange rate yourself.  Small fluctuations in prices are due to the daily changes in the exchange rate. 

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I?

Thankfully lost parcels are very rare, just in case it is a little delayed we recommend allowing an additional 7 working days for delivery. If 7 working days have passed then we strongly recommend checking with your local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. In most cases the Postman/woman will have left a "sorry we missed you" card but this is not always the case. Even if you have not been left a card please check with your neighbours/community office/post room and finally delivery office as vast majority of missing parcels are found in one of these places. 

International orders can take a little longer to arrive so if a period of 14 working days has passed and your parcel has not arrived please contact us and we can look into this for you.
