How long will take to get my item?

We know that you are dying to get your hands on your new purchases  and that's why we like to dispatch as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all items within 2-5 working days. We post out Monday - Friday except on UK public holidays.

If the item is a pre-order/made to order item that may take longer than the usual 2-5 days to ship then we will say on the listing page so you know before you order.

COVID-19 - Shipping times may experience some delays at the moment due to Covid-19 this is most evident with international orders and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Are you restocking this item?

We do restock items periodically so the best way to be alerted is to sign up for a restock notification for the shirt and size you are waiting on. 

Some shirts do get retired to make way for new items so if the restock sign up is not available this shirt is retired and oce sold out is gone.

The price is changing, why is that?

We are based in the UK but our site is set up to recognise your location and show our products in your currency so you don't have to work out exchange rate yourself.  Small fluctuations in prices are due to the daily changes in the exchange rate. 

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I?

Thankfully lost parcels are very rare, just in case it is a little delayed we recommend allowing an additional 7 working days for delivery. If 7 working days have passed then we strongly recommend checking with your local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. In most cases the Postman/woman will have left a "sorry we missed you" card but this is not always the case. Even if you have not been left a card please check with your neighbours/community office/post room and finally delivery office as vast majority of missing parcels are found in one of these places. 

International orders can take a little longer to arrive so if a period of 21 working days has passed and your parcel has not arrived please contact us and we can look into this for you.

COVID-19

Due to restrictions and proceedures in handling International mail during the pandemic the US is experiencing some significant delays and we are finding that parcels are taking an average of 6 weeks to arrive.
