How long will it take to get my order?

Items are made to order especially for you with a current dispatch time of 2-7 days from ordering. Our production partners have various locations around the world and your item will ship from the most suitable location help reduce shipping time for example US orders typically ship from the US, UK/EU orders ship from European locations. Please check your shipping information for an estimate of delivery date.

COVID-19 - Shipping times may experience some delays at the moment due to Covid-19, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. 

BREXIT - As new rules for UK and Europe come into force from the 1st January, UK customers may experience some shipping delays in the early part of the year while shipping companies work through the new procedures. The customs duty threshold for items shipped into the UK is £135.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I?

Thankfully lost parcels are very rare, just in case it is a little delayed we recommend allowing an additional 7 working days for delivery. If 7 working days have passed then we strongly recommend checking with your local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. In most cases the Postman/woman will have left a "sorry we missed you" card but this is not always the case. Even if you have not been left a card please check with your neighbours/community office/post room and finally delivery office as vast majority of missing parcels are found in one of these places. 

International orders can take a little longer to arrive so if a period of 21 working days has passed and your parcel has not arrived please contact us and we can look into this for you.

COVID-19

Due to restrictions and proceedures in handling mail during the pandemic the mail services all over the world are experiencing some difficulties. These are quickly moving sitautions and backlogs can occur suddenly without prior warning. Parcels are very rarely lost and we appreciate you allowing extra time for parcels to arrive
